A big part of our work involves asking lots of questions, but we are also asked really good questions by clients, prospects and colleagues. Here we compile some of the most commonly asked questions. We invite you to contact us to discuss your questions, challenges and projects.
Do you focus on B2B or B2C?
We focus on marketing to humans, whether they are making a decision for a business or themselves. At the end of the day, it is the brain, mind and heart of a human being we want to reach, influence and win.
In what industries do you specialize?
One of things we love most about our work is that it isn’t all about one or two industries. The range of industries with which we have experience is very broad. Because we are based in Silicon Valley, we have done a lot of work with high-tech companies involved with consumer electronics, software, hardware and services. And we’ve also worked with companies in other industries, such as healthcare, financial services, magazine publishing and building materials.
How many people are in Vista Group Marketing?
Vista Group Marketing is comprised of a virtual portfolio of people who are very talented and experienced in their fields. We pull together a team for each client that ideally fits the requirements of the work. Working this way means that the best resources are dedicated to the client when they are needed and no client is burdened with the expense of maintaining a full-time team.
With what size of organizations do you usually work?
We really want to contribute and make a difference to our client’s business, so that is probably why a lot of our work is with start-ups and emerging businesses.
What types of clients are a good fit for Vista Group Marketing?
We love to work with clients who appreciate the value of developing a relationship with their prospects and customers and know that good marketing is more than flashy advertising. We seek clients who are open to taking action when market insight is gained.
How do you charge for your turnkey marketing project services?
We usually charge a project fee because this makes it easier for our clients to plan and budget their marketing expenses. To estimate a project in advance requires understanding as much as we can about the project and what our clients want to achieve. When insufficient information is available to formulate a realistic estimate, it makes the most sense to charge for our services on a hourly basis.
